Q: Is my appliance dual voltage?

A: Dual voltage is ideal for frequent travelers. This feature will be indicated on packaging and under Features in the product description page. If your appliance don't support dual voltage, the use of a voltage converter is NOT recommended. Reference your instruction booklet for information on a specific appliance.

Q: How hot can my hair styling tools get?

A: Our products are designed to give you the styling flexibility to protect your hair from heat damage. Temperature settings are indicated on packaging and under Features in the product description page.

Q: How do I clean the filter?

A: Most of our hair dryers have a removable rear filter for easy cleaning. Be sure to check your instruction book for detailed cleaning instructions.

Q: Can I order attachments only?

A: Attachments can be ordered for some of our styling tools. Please contact Consumer Services for information on a specific appliance.

Q: What is the temperature on dial setting?

A: The optimum temperature levels for every hair type are indicated on packaging and under Features in the product description page.

Q: Is my appliance UL listed?

A: All of our appliances meet safety and performance standards. You can find the UL or ETL certification marked on the bottom of product packaging or imprinted on the back of appliance handle.

Q: Can I return it if I don't like it?

A: JINRI provides 30 days no question asked money back guarantee, One-year replacement and two-year warranty. If you have any issue or suggestion, please contact consumer services for assistance with a return or exchange of a JINRI hair tools product.

Q: When will the refund arrive?

A: Refunds are processed (3-5) business days after an item has been received by JINRI company. The refund should appear in your account within five business days after the refund has been processed.
